Retreat Registration Thank You
Thank you for registering for our retreat at the Pestigo River Rentals.
This registration does not guarantee participation. Priority is given to previous attendees. Final notice is sent the month before the event.
Please write your registration check for the amount of $75 payable to My Favorite Quilt Shop and mail to 1550 Dousman St, Green Bay WI 54303. Sorry – No credit card accepted for registration.
Your condo will be assigned the month before the retreat. If you have requested specific condo mates, all efforts will be made to meet your request. I will send a letter approximately one month before the retreat with amount due, condo assignment and last minute information.
“Early arrival” is available. If you choose to arrive early you can arrive Thursday afternoon (after 3pm). Check in with Jana at Black Bear Hall, set up your sewing station in Black Bear Hall, and settle into your condo. The cost is $75 per condo, the amount you pay will be determined by the number of early arrivals in your condo. Make payment to Jana at the retreat. There are NO meals associated with “early arrival”, so please plan accordingly.
Friday “check-in” can start as early as 9:00 am. Check in with Jana in Black Bear Hall. Work space is available on a first-come basis. There is room for 24 guests on this retreat – so there is plenty of space for everyone.
