I am sad to report our location, Pestigo River Rentals closed. The owners and property management have retired.
It's been fun hosting these retreats for the past 9 years. I am searching for a new location to use. My requirements are: accommodate 20-24 people comfortably, private sleeping accommodations for 2-4 people in a room (prefer single beds), kitchen so we can create our own dining experience, reasonable rates for 3 nights, 4 day stay, within 90 minutes of Green Bay, and space to accommodate massages.
I will accept idea's from anyone. Please email me with suggestions. jana@favoritequiltshop.com

Get away from home and spend a weekend at Pesitgo River Rentals in Crivitz on the beautiful Pestigo River.
Enjoy 3 days, 2 nights away from home and concentrate on your projects. Don't worry about cooking - let me do that for you. Friday dinner, Saturday brunch and dinner, and Sunday brunch. Early (Thursday) arrival available for additional fee, no meals included with early arrival.
We keep our retreats limited to 24 guests. You are sure to have enough room to work and still meet some new friends.
Sleeping accommodations are in the beautifully themed condos, 3-4 guests per condo (you may need to share a king or queen size bed). If you sign up as a group - you will room together as a group. Single room and 2 person per condo accommodations available for additional fee. All condo's have 2 bedrooms, most condo's have 1 king or queen in one room and the second room has 2 twin beds. If you are selective about who you sleep with, you may request a single room option (additional cost).
Limited first floor accommodation available.

2021 Retreat Schedule
April 29 - May 2, 2021 - Great time to get out of the house after a long winter. The weather is nice, but not consistent enough to do a lot of yard work yet.

December 9-12, 2021 - Awesome time to take a break away from all the holiday preparations and work on getting some last minute Christmas gifts completed. We've been very lucky when it comes to the weather - haven't had a snow storm yet - and if we get snowed in - Oh well - there's always enough food! I can't think of a better place (besides being at home) to be snowed in....LOL.

Thursday arrival: INCLUDED in fee.
Registration fee due at registration: $75 - NON-REFUNDABLE
May retreat registration due by March 15, balance due by April 15
Dec retreat registration due by October 15, balance due by Nov 15
We have committed to the retreat location a minimum participation level, if you drop out, we still have to pay for you. Please find a replacement if you must drop out.

Retreat Registration

Completion of this form does not guarantee retreat participation. Retreat space is limited to 24 guests, priority is given to previous attendees. Completion of this form will place you on a waiting list if space becomes available.

Itineary
Thank you for participating in our Quilting Retreat.
Retreat time is yours to do with as you please.
However, here are a few options for you….
Early arrival Thursday
3:00 pm - please do not arrive prior to 3:00pm
Check in with Jana at Black Bear Hall - pick up the Itinerary
Feel free to set up your work area in Black Bear Hall and settle into your condo.
NO food is provided on Thursday, but feel free to bring your own snacks or meal.
Friday
If you are arriving on Friday, feel free to arrive any time after 9:00 am.
Check in with Jana at Black Bear Hall, receive your itinerary and gift bag, set up your work area in Black Bear Hall and settle into your condo.
Cold breakfast foods are available (cereal, fruit, yogurt, toast).
1:00 pm (or earlier if everyone is present) – Official "Welcome"

Help yourself to water, coffee and tea. Group snacks will not be allowed. Please feel free to keep your snacks in your work area.

Demo’s – Meet at DEMO table if you are interested (must wear face masks)

Help available – if you would like some help or instructions on how to do something – please ask – I’m sure someone in the room will have an idea how to accomplish your goal.
2:00 pm – Soup Break
4:00 pm – DEMO (To be announced at retreat), Kits and tools may be available for purchase
6:00 pm – Dinner
7:00 pm – Desert
8:00 pm – Bingo Game - Play if you choose.
Cocktails – snacks (Bring Your Own - of course you don't need to wait till 8:00 to enjoy Cocktails)
12:00 pm – sew as late as you like, or all night – if you’re the last one out, make sure to turn off the lights and lock the doors.
Saturday – if you’re an early riser and would like a key to the hall – there is one extra key – please tell Jana your wake up time – the earliest gets the key!!
Massage Therapist: (Spring 2021 - not sure about this yet)
Massage Therapist to be available on Saturday. Talk to Jana to make your appointment.
Options include: Hand massage $15, Neck massage $15, Back massage $30, Body massage $60. Each massage is customized to your needs.
Saturday:
7:30 am – coffee is on – caffeinated, decaf and Kurig K-cups available. Tea, juice, milk
9:00 am – Brunch available - eat at your leisure
11:00 am – DEMO - to be announced at retreat
2:00 pm – Soup Break
6:00 pm – Dinner
7:00 pm – Desert
7:30 pm – Show and Share – Show off your retreat accomplishments.
8:00 pm - Cocktails – BYO
8:00 pm - LRC - or Left Right Center is a dice game for three or more players, It is entirely a game of chance. The players make no decisions of any kind. Bring 5 charm squares (per game) if you would like to play.
Sunday –
Before leaving retreat, talk to Jana to settle any outstanding amounts and complete early registration for next retreat.
7:30 am – coffee is on
9:00 am - Brunch served - enjoy at your leisure
11:00 am – make sure your stuff is out of condo, leave condo keys on counter in condo
3:00 pm – Black Bear Hall closes –
