Shipping and Return Policies
No Returns on any merchandise
Once the fabric is cut and mailed it cannot be put back on the bolt.
In an effort to ensure designers are compensated for their work - we do not take returns on any printed merchandise (patterns, books, etc...), therefore eliminating the possibilities of patterns being copied.
Shipping and handling:
Our aim is to get your order to you in the most cost- and time-efficient way. We ship via USPS First Class or Priority or UPS depending on order size and destination.
Standard shipping includes $100 shipping insurance. MFQS will not be responsible for shipping losses over $100.
Delivery time is based on carrier estimates and are not guaranteed by MFQS.
Shipping rates are determined by the dollar amount of order.
Rates: up to $25.00 = $6
$25.01 - $50.00 = $10
$50.01 - $75.00 = $15
$75.01 - $149.99 = $20.00
$150.00 - and up = FREE S&H
over $350 will have insurance & signature confirmation added to order, $9.00 fee.

We strive to ship within one business day after the order is placed Monday - Friday. You can expect an email with the tracking information.
If you desire free in-shop or curb-side pickup, please allow 1 hour for us to prepare the order. Extra time may be needed during busy times.
We collect sales tax on all orders shipped to Wisconsin addresses. State law requires that we calculate sales tax on the total value of items ordered, including shipping and handling.
In-store pickup is free and available under shipping options at checkout. Simply choose the “Pick Up In-Store” option and we’ll send you an email when your order is ready for pick-up in the shop.
Need a fat quarter? We will cut fat quarters whenever possible. If you need a fat quarter and the fabric is eligible for one, please order a ¼-yard of your desired fabric and add a NOTE for that fabric and tell us you’d like a fat quarter. If we are unable to fulfill your request, we will contact you.
