Fabric requirements:  2 pieces of fabric 10 x 6
2 pieces of elastic 7" long  or fabric to make ties

FAQ:  Q:  Can I use any fabric?
A:  No, for the part of the mask that is covering your face, it is recommended you use "tightly woven cotton fabric".  This is generally what is used for making quilts.  Feel free to use anything available to make the tiebacks.
See attached link: CDC approved masks

Q:  How many face masks can be made from a Fat Quarter.
A:  Assuming you are making the 10" x 6" face mask and making the ties out of other fabric or elastic, you can make 2 face masks from 1 fat quarter.  4 face masks from 1/2 yard, 8 face masks from 1 yard.
